Primary Function
Responsible for advising, assisting, and conducting vulnerability assessments in the areas of transportation, housing security, and force protection. Actively support and uphold the Company’s stated vision, mission, and values.

Essential Functions
Conduct vulnerability assessment of current residential properties leased by Janus and the customer as well as any new potential housing locations.
Recommend improvements in the security posture should potential vulnerabilities be identified.
Participate in contingency planning related to antiterrorism and force protection
Train site, PMO leaders, and personnel in areas relating to vulnerabilities and prudent countermeasures, detection and report.
Provide audit reports that measure compliance with the contract related policies and procedures.
Recommend corrective actions to improve the existing policies and procedures, as needed.
Other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements
Must possesses experience serving in a primary antiterrorism / force protection officer position within the U.S Military in the past 15 years.
Must have been Antiterrorism Level II certified.
Must have experience writing and presenting plans and recommendations to senior level management.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and possess sufficient computer skills to manage electronic files and an electronic records keeping system
Must have a valid US Passport
Must have a current US driver's license
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening; position is also subject to random drug screening throughout the course of employment.
If prior US Military, must have an honorable discharge
Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation.
Must be able to pass a medical physical approving candidate for overseas work
Ability to travel to, and/or work in, an austere, hostile, or remote location.
Possess the ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to fifty (50) pounds
Professional experience in austere environments.
Must act with high ethical values and uphold corporate philosophy.
Must be able to function effectively in a normal office environment.
Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation.
