The Expeditionary Theater Distribution Center(ETDC) – Weapons Vault supervisor manages the issue and receipt of CBRNE, IPE,IBA assets and SA/LW weapons. Supervisor will manage the storage, inventory andshelf life of assets. Supervisor must have USAF Qualifications and shallhave sufficient experience with weapons security and weapons vault managementto supervise employees and execute the services required. Supervisor shall befamiliar with weapons management AFMAN 31-229, AFI 31-101, AFI 36-2654, AFMAN 23-122,AFI 23-101, AFMAN 31-229, DoD 5100.76-M policies and procedures. Supervisorshall be familiar with CBRNE asset management AFMAN AFI 23-101_accsup/5.3.8.5.3,AFMAN 23-122/5.3.6.3.4.3, AFMAN 5.3.6.3.7, DOD4140.27-M.
MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES:
ManagesETDC activity and related functional standards in accordance with thePerformance Work Statement such as: stores, inventories, inspects issue and returnof mobility gear, to include Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN)Individual Protective Equipment (IPE) and Individual Body Armor (IBA).
2. IssuingSA/LW on a per individual basis using AF Form 1297.
3. Coordinate with Combat Arms (CA) to ensure serialized inventories ofextended storage weapons are synchronized with CA inspections.
4. Performauthorized Operator Maintenance (Individual) on SA/LW.
5. Develop apreventive maintenance cleaning and lubrication program for both in-use andextended storage weapons.
6. Maintaincopies of all supporting documentation for issued/returned items.
7. Maintaininventory records in Customer Service per regulations.
8. Maintaina DD Form 1574, Serviceable Tag, for extended storage weapons.
9. Ensure armedguard on duty per PWS requirements.
10. Manage ateam of technicians and ensure that compliance is maintained in the Armory.
11. Comply with applicable Government and corporateregulations, policies and procedures.
12. Recommendprocess improvements IAW Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
13. Shall beable to effectively communicate and use technical manuals and references.
14. Responsiblefor maintaining a safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, presentable, professional atmosphere,free of dust, clutter and trash in all working facilities and areas.
15. Responsiblefor proper utilization and safeguarding of all government and contractorprovided property (e.g., to include government facilities, equipment andtools).
16. Responsiblefor precise execution of company time reporting procedures and accurate completionof timesheet.
17. Shallhave secondary duty functions in equipment management, material storage, repaircycle, RSP, inventory, and customer service.
18. Performs other duties as assigned.

Work will be indoors andoutdoors. Exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, chemicals may occur. May berequired to push, pull and lift heavy equipment. Work may require stooping; climbing; prolonged standing and prolongedsitting. Overtime and shift work may be required dependingon contractual needs. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certifications: One-year relatedexperience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
Must have a High School diploma or equivalent,Technical or Associates Degree preferred.
Must have a valid Passport and Driver’s License.
Must have the capability of obtaining an Air Forceflight line driver’s license.

Experience :
Shall have a minimum of four years of related work experiencewith ILS-S Mobility or MICAS platforms, IAW AFI 23-101. Shall have a minimum of 3 (three) to 5 (five) years’experience as a Weapons Vault/Armory Supervisor, and supply chain managementprocesses’ to include but are not limited to: R14 inventory management,producing/processing DD form 1348 1-A’s and DD form 1149’s, and 5 (five) years’experience in the Enterprise Solution Supply (ES-S) or ILS-S platforms.
Shall possess a 4K, 6K and 10K forklift license.
Skills :
Mustbe able to pass the Air Force or Army M9 qualification course.
Mustpossess a validated DD Form 2760 (Lautenberg Amendment).
Mustbe in possession of SECRET clearance.
Mustbe able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
