Overview
This position supporting USFOR-A is responsible for processing personnel investigations for special security clearance actions to include: Formulating and ensuring compliance with automated information systems security procedures. Suggesting, implementing and monitoring compliance with the ISAF/USFOR-A special security policies and procedures. Conducting and coordinating the training for special security representatives. Perform liaison with Government, NATO and industrial security officials. Support collateral and higher access and badging procedures for the ISAF/USFORA HQs.
Responsibilities
Experience developing and interpreting security policy for Senior Level Government and Industry personnel
Develope in-depth Collateral/SCI Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs)
Thorough familiarity with all security clearance processes
Reading and interpreting blueprints/drawings to ensure facilities meet security requirements
Evaluating and processing approvals/accreditations for Tactical SCIFs (T-SCIF), Secure working Areas (SWA), and Temporary Secure Working Areas (TSWA) in a non-traditional environment to perform critical contingency tasks
Qualifications
Clearance Required: TS/SCI
Experience – at least seven years of experience applying security standards that apply to SCI Facilities (SCIFs) as outlined in ICD 705, Intelligence Community Standard (ICS) 705-1, IC Tech Spec-for ICD/ICS 705, and DoD Manual 5105.21 Volume 1-3
PLUS Four years’ of experience utilizing Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) and Joint Clearance and Access Verification System (JCAVS)
