What will you actually do?
risk and crisis management including: identifying, developing, implementing, and maintaining security processes, practices and policies to reduce risks, respond to incidents, and limit exposure and liability
providing operational security support during crisis, investigative support as requested, and crisis/incident management training to sites and markets teams
people & asset security: managing the implementation of programs and ensuring the security of executives, employees, stakeholders, visitors, etc. at their place of work and while on business travel within the region in the assigned cluster markets
assisting in developing and management of the annual Corporate Security audit plan
providing security support to personnel conducting business for JT/JTI in high risk environments (including e.g. personal protection, pre-travel or in country security briefings, residential security surveys, special event security, ground and air transportation advice)
providing consultation across given cluster of markets to minimize supply chain losses, brand erosion and illicit product availability in the marketplace
developing relationships with regional management team and market leads, as well as high-level law enforcement and business partners including in-country and regional security agencies, intelligence and private sector counterparts
Who are we looking for?
You as a Professional:
possess at least 5 years’ experience within a military, law enforcement or intelligence organization, or private sector corporate security organization, or a combination of the foregoing
speak English fluently, any other regional language (Polish, Russian, Czech, Slovakian, Hungarian) would be beneficial
are competent in personal computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
You as a Person:
are business minded with strategic view, who can implement plans effectively and is ready to engage in tactical operations when required
possess solid influencing and negotiations skills, being able to influence major stakeholders inside and outside the organization
are a strong communicator and confident leader who builds strong and trustworthy relationships across organization.
