The Security Host is responsible for the safe guarding of the resort, assets, guests, visitors and team members
DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:
Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include, but not be limited to, the following areas and activities. At Management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work described.
Patrols resort properly to ensure the safety of guests and team members and to protect all assets
Answers house calls, assists guests and team members with respect to safety and resort operation
Initiates and follows – up of all investigations of crimes committed against property and persons
Assists sick and injured guests and team members, ensuring documentation and disposition of reports
Initiates investigations, write incident and accident reports, monitors investigations to their timely conclusion and ensures appropriate follow – up with guests and visitors and team members, documenting contacts
Maintains accurate records while performing basic office duties including, but not limited to shift activity log and team members and guests interaction
Attends to scheduled training sessions and meetings whenever required
Adheres to all resort rules and regulations for the safe and effective operations of the resort facilities
Clean and well-groomed as per Constance Halaveli grooming standards
Be present at the jetty during arrival and departure of guests
Identifies resort visitors and issue them visitors tag as per their nature of work
Informs the concern department to receive the visitors
Coordinates with Reception if any guests luggage is left on the jetty
Informs the Receiving officer/Store if any fragile items are received
IF any items are not cleared from the jetty within 15 minutes, the Security Host is responsible of informing the Chief Security
Always display punctuality and good attendance as an act of responsibility towards the guest service and towards your colleagues
Must follow-up on all messages left by the previous shift
