The Company:
Our client is an exclusive global Retailer, Distributor and Manufacturer of high end world leading luxury goods and services. They seek a strategic leader working as Head of Loss Prevention & Physical Security to create and implement long-term strategies to reduce loss and minimise potential risk to business operations globally.
In this exciting role the Head of Loss Prevention & Physical Security will produce strategy for loss prevention physical security, health, safety and environment using cost-effective risk-based controls to promote security by design.
The Person:
Previous experience in a similar role working as a strategic leader in Loss Prevention &
Physical Security in the Retail sector.
Experienced in producing strategy and implementation for loss prevention physical security, health, safety and environment.
Experience of e-commerce and online fraud mitigation strategy and solutions.
Strong understanding of data gathering, financial analytics and analysis, regarding to loss prevention and physical security
The job holder must be a fluent English speaker, also comfortable writing formal documents in English. The ability to speak French is desired.
Appropriate Management qualification in physical security
Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles making effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics.
Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and other stakeholder groups to take desired action.
