RMS will be performing Base Operation Support (BOS-1) to the United States Armed Forces at Ahmad Al Jaber Air Base (AJAB) in Kuwait, as part of the AFCAP IV Contract.
Position Summary:
The Escort monitors work and activities of Other Country Nationals (OCN’s) workers within the compound facilities area or a construction site area. Escorts have full responsibility for OCN’s in their charge, including general oversight for performance of work, proper use of tools and enforcement of safety adherence. Escorts must ALWAYS have their designated OCN’s within their line of sight.
Requirements include:
Construction or general maintenance knowledge / experience is required.
Ability to recognize correct performance of job duties by OCN’s.
High School diploma or equivalent. Plus 3 to 5 years of general construction or maintenance experience.
Excellent communication skills, especially verbal. Ability to communicate and articulate clearly using a two-way radio.
Ability to remain on feet up to 4 hours at a time, climb ladders and use fall protection equipment and wear protective clothing for observed jobs.
Consideration will be given to relevant professional experience commensurate with assignment.
Travel: Ability to travel internationally. 100% Overseas assignment
Security Clearance: Must have and maintain a DoD Secret Security clearance
