The Security Manager will have a significant operational experience in security operations in rural Mexico. As well as flexibility to travel between throughout Mexico and will have a proven track record in security management, training and physical security systems.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Implementation of the existing security documentation (plans and protocols) developed by company.
Implementation of the travel management plan for local and expatriate personnel traveling to and from the site and in the area.
Coordinate and organize the security infrastructure for Innophos’ visitors to locations where it operates, including transport selection, arrival briefings and ongoing visit supervision.
Develop a security training plan for local and expatriate personnel.
Deliver security trainings to personnel and visitors as required.
Deliver intelligence and security updates to staff management in addition to briefing Innophos’ corporate security department.
Supervise the security personnel hired by Innophos to ensure compliance with all protocols, while maintaining high standards and professional conduct, and conduct ongoing training to ensure that both new hires and experienced personnel understand security best practices and uphold them in the conduct of their daily duties.
Act as immediate coordinator in the event of any high-impact, security-related incidents such as kidnaps and missing persons incidents, among others, where appropriate and as designated by in-country and corporate management.
Report to and liaise with the management for additional security-related tasks as required
Essential
Operational experience in security operations in rural Mexico
Experience in industrial facilities in a security function (Mandatory)
Experience in maquiladora industry managing security staff
Experience in theft prevention and access control
Advance English skills
Preferred

Monthly salary: MXN 60,000 - 70,000
Full time, 12 months project
