Physical Security Manager , Middle East

Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to

Play a key role in executing, managing and safeguarding the security of our physical assets and personnel worldwide. In this diverse role you will be the security officer for the South EMEA region (Israel, Greece, Italy, Spain and Portugal, Africa) as well as tasked with designing and reviewing plans for physical security systems equipment for locations worldwide.

You are responsible for

Coordinating and deploying physical security activities in the South EMEA region

Take inventory of assets, threats and controls, determine risks and develop mitigation strategies
Information Gathering, Auditing, and Risk Assessment
Crisis Management, Incident Response and Recovery
Incident Prevention, Securing People, Core Business, Information, and Reputation
Document and maintain system architecture and parameters specific to sites
Work with design team to engineer complete system(s)
Embedding in physical and personnel security policies, standards, and baselines in to processes, services and assets
Follow assigned projects through to final adjustment and commissioning of installed systems
You are a part of

Global Group Physical & Personnel Security. You will work directly with Real Estate and Facility management teams, Regional Security Officers and the central security team to translate their requirements into security system specifications and reviewing design plans.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Bachelor’s degree,
Project Management certifications/courses;
Working knowledge of access control systems, Mifare Desfire EV1 technology, and security solutions including Closed-Circuit TV (CCTV), turnstiles, Intrusion Detection Systems, Alarm & Monitoring etc.
Excellent people skills with the ability to interact with and influence senior management
Proven stakeholder management skills
Must be self-directed, and able to work productively and simultaneously on multiple initiatives
Must have sound judgment, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Must have excellent organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to clearly and succinctly communicate, market, and sell value-added solutions to all levels of the company, as well as to external stakeholders
Willingness to travel when needed
PPC certification - significant advantage
