The Regional Security Manager will oversee security operations and investigations for 13 facilities spanning 4 countries. This role will ensure that baseline security standards are upheld while managing security risks for the organization and staff alike.

Security Travel Management (e.g., on-the-ground assessments, route reconnaissance, armored
vehicles, armed/unarmed close protection officers)
HR/ER Support (i.e., employee actions)
Executive Protection and Event Security
Guard Force Management
Crisis planning and response
Security Training (security awareness, active shooter scenarios, high risk travel, at-risk travelers)
Investigations (workplace violence, theft, harassment, etc.)
Physical Security Systems (e.g., access control, security video, visitor management, intrusion detection)
Security Project Management
Security Site Assessments and PCI Assessments
Vendor Background Screening
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree
Solid experience in Security area of multinational companies
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English and Spanish. Portuguese is desirable
Availability to travel frequently to other countries in Latin America region
Ability to multitask across multiple departments, time zones and cultures.
