Proven experience in a similar role is a necessity (minimum 2 years)
Previous Afghanistan or similar hostile experience
Proven experience in dealing with Afghan National Security Forces.
English literacy – Oral and Written
IT literate
Previous Military experience.
Medical Qualifications
Experience in dealing with large scale APPF contracts
Weapons familiarization with the AK47, Smith and Wesson and Berretta.
Job Duties
Timely submission of all project related paperwork
Operational planning of GW team movements and duties within the AO
Administration lead for the GW ZBV team in Kabul
Direct - in person meetings with UNOPS/ KO/ COR on all contract matters
Assist the PM/DPM with any other project related administration
Ensure and support the administration of all GW team leave and movements
Maintain the GW ZBV team Leave Planner
Assist the PM with operational planning
Updating and maintaining all compliance documentation.
