Hiring Criteria
Degree educated and/or equivalent level of experience
Minimum of five years security intelligence experience
Must be comfortable working as a standalone SubjectMatter Expert (SME) – Libya/Nigeria
Must be comfortable working remotely, to meeting deadlines and may often work unsociable hours
Must be comfortable and capable using IT equipment
Must be fully conversant with MS Office and associated programs
Written and verbal grammar must be to an excellent standard
Must be confident, and capable of creating and delivering presentations to senior clients and staff
Must be ableto efficiently research and interrogate information systems and present findings in both verbal and written formats
Must have a current understanding oflibya , and be willing to fully engage /research prior to deployment, Libya/Nigeria’s political and security situation
Job Duties
GW( IPS) SME for Libya/Nigeria - Tactical to Strategic/Geo-political Risk Analysis
The production/oversight and progression of Daily, Weekly and Monthly RA reports for Libya/Nigeria
The further establishment of information delivery systems
The production and oversight regarding delivery of imminent threat reports andSpotreps . On the ground monitoring of threats to staff/clients and relevant dissemination/guidance
Post incident analytical reporting
Request for Information (RFI) response
Client/GW tasking response
Tender/RFP support reference threat identification and country awareness
Local liaison and expansion of sources and agencies (SANDA)
Client country briefs and area threat presentations
Site Security and Vulnerability Surveys (SSVS)
Team briefs prior to deployment (as required)
Remote management of Nigerian Collator and oversight/development of Nigerian RA systems
Daily rate
GardaWorld offers competitive daily rates for all contractors. (Contractor only paid whilst on duty)
Rotation
6 weeks on, 6 weeks off, subject to operational requirements.Travel days must be factored into rotation plans, and tour lengths will be slightly flexible to take this into account
Duration of Task
12 months
Travel Pay
Contractors are not entitled to pay while travelling.
Package
GardaWorld will provide the Independent Contractor with appropriate self-catering (food provided) accommodation, insurance, flights and life support
Visa Requirements
The Company shall be responsible and liable for the multi-entry visa cost, as requiredin order to deliver the Services.
Flight Package
GardaWorld will provide an economy class return ticket per rotation to the project location from a hub airport as close as reasonably practicable to the Contractor’s declared home address.
The Contractor will be asked to declare their preferences for a primary, secondary and tertiary hub airport from the GardaWorld hub list at the commencement of their engagement. Where possible and commercially acceptable, GardaWorld will look to book travel to and from one of the preferred hubs.
The Contractor will be responsible for any travel arrangements between the hub airport and their home address.
