Our client, a holding company here in Qatar, is looking to hire a Security Operations Manager to join their team and manage their security operations both internally and to their external clients.
About the role
Reporting to the General Manager and having a team of over 200 security staff, you will be responsible for strategy and operational runnings on a day-to-day basis. You will also be responsible for leading a large team and building internal and external relationships with clients.
About you
The successful candidate should be Degree qualified with recognised security training certification and a driver’s license. Excellent communication skills are required as well as the ability and skills to reduce tensions or conflicts and knowledge in safety and security standards and procedures. You should be familiar with ministry of interior rules and regulations in Qatar and also be knowledgeable in security licenses. Arabic is preferred for this opportunity.
