Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree6+ years of previous work experience in a security, crisis management or investigations role in a leadership capacity
Very strong written and verbal communication skills: strong drafting skills, good self- editing
International business exposure, preferably in a South American context

Excellent command of English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese
Willingness to work flexible hours when incidents are in progress
Who will you work with
You will be based in Sao Paulo and will be part of our security team in Latin America.
This role includes day-to-day management of Latin America security under the oversight of the Americas Regional Security Director.
What You'll Do
You will provide support for incidents in South and Central America as well as the Caribbean.
In this role you will help implement resilience & physical programs related to security, preparedness and crisis management. As part of the security team you will ensure briefing material are prepared for travellers going to higher risk locations.
In case of incidents, you will provide trusted leadership, support and guidance for on how to handle incidents in the Latin America region. You will also provide advice to individuals and teams traveling to locations with distinctive risk.
You will help to conduct and manage investigations and contribute to development of in-house investigative capability. You will also conduct review of surroundings and office environments and advise on preferred access control systems & associated safety.
Furthermore, you will contribute to development of investigative center of excellence within firm security.
