Requirements
Must have:
Legal right to work in Brazil without sponsorship.
Robust understanding of, and solid experience with, physical security principles and their impact on the mitigation of threats against people, assets and information (including CCTV, Access Control, Fences and other technologies to me implemented as mitigation).
Expertise creating security reports and security alerts in English and Portuguese.
Good understanding of the range of security threats Shell would face in-country.
Fluency in English is required.
Must have good communication skills – both written and verbal – to build credibility with senior stakeholders, and develop and maintain a credible security network.
Full time availability.
Desired:
An understanding of Information Security threats and how they can be countered.
A pre-existing network of relevant external stakeholders (law enforcement agencies etc.) is desirable
Education to graduate degree level is also highly desirable.
Experience working with security projects from the initial phase to its implementation (CCTV, Access Control, guard services).
Knowledge of security threats countrywide, and especially in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.
At least 5 years of experience in a Security related role.
