Job Description:
The Site Supervisory shall be available on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Site Manager is responsible for overall performance, scheduling and execution of the security force responsibilities, and to interface with the COR as the direct representative of the contractors.
Job Requirements:
* Shall be a Citizen of the United States
* Shall possess an active U.S. Secret Clearance.
* Must possess a Military background reaching the rank of Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (E-7) or higher, verifiable through military transcripts and evaluations. Have received an honorable
discharge as verified by DD Form 214. .
* Must possess at least one (1) years' experience managing or supervising security guard operations.
* Must be qualified on all duty weapons Calibers 7.62mm / 5.56mm (PKM / M240B / M249 / M16 / M4 / AK-47 as required).
* Able to don all required personal protective gear.
* Be proficient in medical training to the level of Combat Life Saver including the application of Combat Application Tourniquets and Emergency Bandages.
* Possess a valid driver's license.
* Must have demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite software to include Outlook Power Point, Excel, Word, and Internet Explorer.
* The Guard Shift Leader shall interface directly with the U.S. Government supervisory personnel whom shall be designated as the company POC.
