Program Manager – Remote Paramedic Contract Support

Responsibilities:


· Responsible for the management of logistics for multiple sites and contract medics in the field for subsidiary companies, including:

o Recruiting of contractors, scheduling, arranging travel, usage and ordering of medicines, equipment and basic necessities; all operational oversight of services delivery

o Ensuring that all medical equipment is operable and maintained appropriately and that all documentation is up-to-date and complete

o Assisting with financial management of on-site operations (budgeting, tracking and reporting) for contractors and project expenses

o Responsible for ensuring that contractors maintain accurate and timely electronic and/or written medical records and generating all necessary reports and updates for the Senior Project Manager, client, and Global Rescue home office and assure patient confidentiality

o Ensuring that all medical inventory lists and controlled drug registers and reports are updated, maintained and documented at all times in line with the daily activity

o Interfacing with subsidiary and client personnel and timely reporting to client

o Daily mission reviews, case and operations tasking, including review and error checking of missions and after action reports

· Travel to Eastern Europe every 4 months or as needed in support of the initiative
· As a member of the Medical Operations team, provide support as needed for the following:
Staff emergency access telephone lines in our operations centers to respond to client health events and other emergencies
Manage and coordinate logistics for rescues and medical transfers from remote locations to hospitals within the U.S. and other locations (includes air, ground, sea, etc.)
Travel domestically and internationally via commercial and private aircraft to oversee and coordinate patient relocation, stabilization and monitoring
Travel domestically and internationally in support of operational development
