JOB INTRODUCTION:
EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST AT THIS STAGE
The successful candidates will be expected to instruct military students in the Middle East. The candidates will be working with a high quality Specialist Training Team to deliver Intelligence based courses. The Instructor will be required to work a six day working week on a set rotational in/out country schedule
Candidates will be responsible for the delivery of practical training and theory instruction in accordance with Defence Systems Approach to Training Quality Standards (DSAT QS). Candidates will also be expected to prepare training material used in the delivery of training and assist with internal evaluation and production of course documentation within the specialist areas of responsibility.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:
Deliver Intelligence training courses
Prepare and deliver lessons and practical training exercises
Provide reports and feedback on students’ progress and performance
Ensure the appropriate resources are in place to support training delivery
Conduct and carry out other work as tasked by the Project Manager
Security Clearance
Candidates applying for this post must hold or have no restrictions to attaining UK security clearance
Experience
Former Junior/Senior Non Commissioned Officer
Minimum of two years’ experience in a training establishment
Candidates applying for this post must have a Level 3 Certificate in Education / or intent to obtain qualification

High level of integrity, professionalism and personal qualities that can effectively ensure an optimum level of performance is maintained
