Summary:
Provides effective communication with company management and the security department..
Ensures that security personnel take an active role in the promotion and implementation of safety plans.
Constantly monitors change and ensures compliance with federal and local safety laws, regulations, policies and procedures
Controls that the contractors met the objectives and responsibilities set out in Section 4 of the Agreement "scope of work and site security plan.
Initiates and implements policies and procedures for meeting short-term and long-term project safety objectives.
Participates in the SPR safety monitoring program and regular assessments of the level of the SSQRA security system for objects, and audits with documentation of deficiencies and inaccuracies, develops recommendations for appropriate corrective actions.
Review and investigate all incident / incident reports on the site and take action. Immediately notify the security department of about all incidents.
Liaises with theSecurity Department on all issues that relate to the destructive activities of environmental and other social movements.
In coordination with the security service, establishes communication with local law enforcement agencies, and develops policies and procedures designed for situations that may affect the safety and reliability of the Project.
Evaluates equipment needs for safety and identifies equipment to meet those needs.
Identifies vulnerable parts of the site, evaluates and implements the need for additional protection.
Evaluates, develops and administers the procedure and system of passes (badges) for site employees.
Evaluates, develops and administers the system of access / exit to the site / from the site.
Develops and implements policies and procedures for recording and documenting the activities of environmental and other public organizations that may impede the operation of the site.
Perform other duties as required by when necessary.
