Maintenance Manager
The Maintenance Supervisor is the line manager for the maintenance and grounds keeping crew. The Maintenance Supervisor will collaborate with his/her USG Maintenance Supervisor to provide maintenance services. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience as a maintenance manager at a 4/5 star hotel, diplomatic mission or 100+ unit housing compound. Candidate must be fluent in spoken and written English, and must have a college degree, preferably in Electrical or Construction Engineering or a related field. Candidate must have demonstrated superior customer service skills. Must have at least 5 years of supervision experience. Must have a practical, hands on understanding of electrical, plumbing, water treatment, waste water treatment and HVAC with the ability to train and mentor staff.
