Job Description:
Perform internal guard services to include, but not limited to, vehicle and personnel entry control points (ECPs), perimeter towers, and internal foot patrols,overwatch and personnel escorts.
FVEY Guard - Uncleared
Minimum 24 years of age.
Shall be a citizen of the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada (FVEY/US EXPAT).
Shall be fluent in conversational English. Able to read and write in English to give and receive situational reports. Shall have the ability to read and write English.
Able to don all required personal protective gear.
Be proficient in medical training to the level of Combat Life Saver including the application of Combat Application Tourniquets and Emergency Bandages.
Possess a Military/Police background or have equivalent training.
Able to operate Contractor Furnished Passive IR Night Vision devices.
Shall be proficient and qualified on duty weapon (to US Government Standards) e.g. Calibers 7.62mm / 5.56mm, PKM / M240B / M249 / M16 / M4 / AK-47 as required to be operated in Tower Sentry Positions.
Possess a valid driver's license.
Shall be able to perform Screener duties by searching visitors, their vehicles, and their belongings. Screeners shall be proficient at utilizing a hand-held metal detectors, walk- through metal detectors, and high through put personnel inspection systems (Rapid Scan).
Guards shall be limited to 8 hour duty shifts not more than 6 days per week to perform guard services (48 hours). Up to 24 additional hours per week are authorized to include time to mount, post and relief as well as training recertification unless otherwise directed by the PCO, ACO, or government authority.
