What can you expect?
Reporting to the Regional Head of Human Resources & the Regional Security Manager, you will proactively provide Intelligence, Risk and Threat Assessments as well as timely Warnings relating to each Nestlé facility in Ghana to ensure the Security and Safety of Nestlé Staff, Brands, Reputation and Assets.
Other responsibilities will include:
· Security Management
· Security Training, Communication and Awareness
· Security of Staff, Expatriates and Families
· Fraud Investigation
· VIP Security & Events Management
· Stakeholder Management
· Safety, Health and Environmental Sustainability
· Local Emergence and Evacuation Planning
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with good communication skills, good service orientation and the capacity to work in team under pressure. A person with a positive sense of integrity and good inter-personal relations based on trust and mutual respect, someone who is honest, compliant, tactful, trustworthy, independent-minded, proactive and has a collaborative attitude towards work.
Key attributes would include:
· At least Bachelor Degree in a Security Related field or Corporate Security. Preferably a Retired BNI, Army or Police Officer of a Rank not below the equivalent of a Major
· Understanding of Governance, Compliance and Risk processes and methods in Corporate Organizations
· Good Knowledge of Security and Risk Assessment and other Organizational and Audit Frameworks.
· Good decision making and judgment skills with pragmatic orientation
· Good Computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
· Good knowledge of CCTV and Electronic Card Access and other Security Systems
· At least FIVE [5] years working experience in a Management Role in a Corporate Security within a (FMCG) environment
· Extensive knowledge and Experience in Investigation would be an advantage
