Description:
Candidate must have more than 03 years experience in hospitality industry as a security supervisor role
Training, and coordinating work schedules of all security personnel to ensure a secure environment at all times
Responsible for conducting site reviews, writing reports, reviewing findings and investigations
Responsible to propose security plans, security programs such as Emergency Response and Crisis Management, Physical Security, Information Protection, Incident Management and/or Investigation to Assistant Operations Manager and implement upon approval
Serves as staff support to security management and assists in conducting investigations of significant threats and/or the loss or misappropriation of assets
Performs incident analysis and investigation relative to all incidents with advice and closure to all responsible functional management and supporting security management
Develops and implements security coordinator program, which includes developing a training program for all security Guard.
Conducts randomly to check the efficiency of all security measures.
Patrols resort properly to ensure the safety of guests and team members and to protect all assets
Answers house calls, assists guests and team members with respect to safety and resort operation
