Job Description
•With the assistance of a Linguist/Interpreter, the Access Control Screen Cell (ACSC) Screener conducts interviews of Locally Employed Persons (LEP) applying for, employed or otherwise accessing US/NATO military installations.
•The Screener interviews Host Country Nationals (HCN), Other Country Nationals (OCN), and others as directed; providing designated/appointed military oversight adjudication recommendations.
•Screenings conducted in accordance with US Government (USG) Priority Information Requirements (PIR), and Information Requirements (IR), to include information obtained in course of LEP biographical development and screening as well as classified and unclassified sources.
•Utilizing the Biometrics Automated Toolset-Army (BAT-A), Screeners enter and update data.
•Compiles weekly production reports for submission to Access Control Screening Cell (ACSC) Manager. Monitors electronic database and archives physical files, reports, and documents generated by the vetting process.
•As Security Department employee, ensures compliance with Fluor Business Ethics and Conduct, Corporate policies and project procedures.
•Works night shift as required.
Provides security services as assigned, including operational security and general asset protection for the company. Assets include financial items, accounts receivable, physical property, intellectual property, proprietary information and claims or rights of action, among others. Supports force protection operations and personnel security as assigned. Assists with investigations and Company response for violations of company ethics policy, both inside and outside the enterprise, to include dishonesty, fraud and conflict of interest, and other issues related to workplace violence and other prohibited activity. May support management in assessment and recommendations concerning security training, security awareness, residential security, office and project security, airport security, vehicular movement and route selection, counter surveillance and threat assessments in overseas location. Provides support to corporate crisis management program and business continuity operations as assigned.
Position may be located in a war zone in a contingency environment with harsh and dangerous working and living conditions, including lifting and carrying 40 pounds of personal protective equipment for extended periods of time. To ensure safety, health, and security measures within the contract are met, all employees shall be literate in English (read, write, speak and understand).
Living conditions on the project are most likely austere. The most austere sleeping may be in environmentally conditioned tents on “Army type” cots. Restrooms and showers may be 250 feet or further from sleeping quarters. Laundry service for 15 pounds twice per week is commonly provided. Meals are provided at regular intervals in cafeteria or “dining facility” style environment. Living area will most likely have constant hum of generators or similar equipment nearby.

Basic Job Requirements
• Must be a U.S. citizen and hold a current, active Secret security clearance
• Must have 5-6 years within counterintelligence/human intelligence or 5-6 years in civilian or military law enforcement/investigative interviews
• LOGCAP Security experience
• Experience screening and associated tasks; investigative questioning techniques knowledge
• Experience and proficiency with BAT systems preferred, to include enrollment, data entry, searches, queries and architecture
• Proficient PC use: word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and desktop presentation software, desktop applications, and electronic mail programs

Prior Military and/or Contingency Operations experience preferred.
