Length of contract: 6 months – starting ASAPThe position:** The Logistics and security manager will be responsible for ensuring the necessary support to the programs. He /She will support the Field Coordinator to ensure the safety and security of all ACF staff, locations, and assets. As determined by the Field Co, The Logistics and security manager may need to represent ACF and its Mandate and activities to external interlocutors and participate in humanitarian and governmental fora as appropriate.

More precisely, objectives are:

Contribute to security management

Manage the Logistics team in the Mosul base and Hamam Al Alil sub-base

Implement and ensure the performance of the supply chain

Implement and ensure the performance of facilities management

Implement and ensure the performance of fleet management

Implement and ensure the performance of Information and Communication Technology and Network management

Work on strong capacity building to prepare the nationalization of the position

The applicant:

You have a solid experience in logistics on the field with an INGO including an experience in emergency context. Experience in security management is mandatory

As a manager, you have developed strong training and capacity-building skills.

Knowledge of ACF operations, practices and communication tools will be a plus.

You are recognize for your diplomacy, flexibility, reactivity and organization and able to remain efficient under pressure.

You are fluent in English. Arabic language would be a plus.

Status:**

Salaried - Gross monthly salary ranging from €1600 to €1975

A SPECIFIC ALLOWANCE IS GRANTED FOR THIS POSITION in addition to the gross monthly salary

Food and hygiene expenses, per diem, transportation costs, collective accommodation and medical insurance

25 days of annual paid leaves and 20 days of rest and recuperation (R&R) per year
