Place of work/Travel:
France (Paris or Rennes)/ potential travel to  management offices in London, Dubai, Washington DC and Brussels and other locations where the Company has operations or where clients maybe located.


Job Outline:

The Associate, Travel Security & Response is a part-time position based in France responsible for providing support to the Senior Manager for the deployment of the services to the clients.

The position will provide support and reinforcement to the Travel Security and Engineering teams, with supervision from the Senior Manager and Director, Operations taking instruction to perform the functions of the job through pre-established guidelines.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be able to operate effectively and with resilience in changing and ambiguous situations.
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information;
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution;
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information;
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents;
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication;
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution;
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
- Go the extra mile to engage customers;
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information;
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling;
- Cancel or upgrade accounts;
- Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions;
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

Essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in key languages for our business: English, French, Spanish, German (required)
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy while multitasking
- Ability to work within a team, sympathetic to other cultures and understand our clients’ needs.
- Good time management skills with strong ability to prioritise work to tight deadlines.
- Discretion.
- Product knowledge: seek information and be responsible for developing your own awareness.
- Commercially astute - assess risks and the impact of actions you take in your work.
- Maintain objectivity at all times.
- Take responsibility to analyse situations, and adapt knowledge to provide solutions, or escalate as appropriate.

Desirable
- Master’s Degree.
- Skills in data analysis

Accountability:
The Associate, Travel Security and Response is accountable to the Director Operations, Travel Security for their responsibilities stated in this job description. These responsibilities will be monitored and managed through a bi-monthly performance review and supported through the monitoring of their KPIs.
