Facebook Global Security is responsible for the safety and security of all Facebook facilities and personnel. As a Physical Security Site Manager, you will support the Regional Physical Security Manager with overseeing a guard force, monitoring and responding to incidents, conducting investigations on a variety of topics, managing and coordinating special event and ensuring a safe working environment for a specific site that would include multiple buildings. Supports initiatives to strengthen external partnerships with local and state law enforcement, federal agencies, third party vendors and community organizations. You will be expected to lead the daily security operations for your locations and execute strong vendor performance.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily security operations as determined by the Regional Physical Security Manager
Support the review and development of SOPs and ERPs
Supervise all security vendors against Facebook issued KPIs and expectations
Assist with security and safety awareness training programs
Provide additional operational support and guidance to the regional security teams
Assist with project related security strategies, as required
Risk management mitigation and analysis
Provide detailed, accurate and timely reports to the Regional Physical Security Manager
Collaborate with key partners to build innovative and creative security strategies
Ensure compliance with Regional/Global Standards and Programs
Work with other Security Site Managers and Security Operations Manager to improve security policies, standards and practices and build a safe and secure environment for our employees and guests
Effectively handle client issues and concerns
Works with the Executive Protection team to anticipate, identify and mitigate risks that carry a risk to leadership
Event Security

Minimum Qualifications

7+ years of security management experience
Planning, organizational, and motivational experience
Experience in the areas of emergency/disaster management, physical security, critical incident stress management, risk management and business resiliency
Experience with emergency procedure protocols and regulatory interfaces

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors Degree
