Job Description
Manages in country daily task order operational priorities to include planning and directing security activities and managing personnel resources. Accountable to customer’s in country manager for scheduling, quality and delivery of service, as well as effective resource management. Develops and implements program strategies to mitigate risk and maintain continuity of operations in accordance with the task order and customer in country requirements. Provides leadership and direction for contractor security personnel. Serves as the OCONUS Contractor primary point of contact with customer. Ensures timely and accurate reporting and accounting as prescribed as directed. All candidates must be willing to serve OCONUS locations in austere environments.
This is a contingent position based on contract award and funding from the customer.
Job Requirements
All candidates should be willing and able to work in a high-threat environment and pass pre-deployment medical screening to include a USG mandated Physical Readiness test and weapons qualifications.
Duty Location: OCONUS
Security Clearance Required: Secret
Candidate Requirements:
Four years of combat arms experience with at least one year serving in a hostile environment.
Experience must include planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing security-type programs, specifically force protection, emergency response teams, or guard force.
Experience supervising security operations in high threat environments is a plus.
All candidates must pass initial pre-deployment medical screening, physical fitness test, weapons qualifications, and must sustain those standards.
Must be able to deploy OCONUS.

No Felony or Domestic Violence convictions
Able to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance
Candidates must be in good physical shape, with the ability to pass a physical fitness test.
