Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) is looking for an experienced Security Manager to establish and maintain security support systems for NPA’s programmes in Iraq and Syria as well as to provide up to date security analysis and risk assessments. You have strong international experience in security assessment, planning and implementation of safety and security procedures from conflict areas, preferably with experience in Iraq, strong negotiation and analytical skills as well as managerial and leadership skills. The Security Manager is part of the country management team and responsible to advise and support the Country Director and the management team on all security-related issues. The Security Manager works closely with the NPA Head Office (HO) Security Team.
