Travel Risk Management Coordinator

This position will collaborate with various levels of management to support and administer a global program, ensuring the oversight and delivery of travel safety and security services to for all travelers worldwide.
Location: Seattle, WA
Duties & Qualifications:
Lead the development, coordination, distribution and execution of enterprise travel safety products, policies and procedures, as well as applicable training and learning opportunities
Author foundation documents to include training plans, communication, presentations, country risk assessments, hotel and airport reviews, and situational reports
Support information collection, analysis, and dissemination for the customer, reporting on emerging risks to employees and assets
Influence program evolution through metrics and an intelligence-led approach, and support the full life-cycle of employee journey management programming
Provide solutions to highly complex security problems having long range impact
Manage major projects, or segments of complex functions
Develop and maintains effective, active working relationships with primary clients, strategic business partners and team members and actively fosters an environment of teamwork
Support Travel Risk Management global contracts, vendors, and related items
Requirements:
At least three years of travel risk management, journey management, and/or global security (travel) experience
A Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Direct global experience through previous professional positions, or travel
Previous experience building country risk profiles, assessing and determining country-level risk ratings, and threat intelligence analysis
Previous experience with Travel Risk Managment tools and travel tracking platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work independently and within a team, and exemplary critical thinking, analytical skills, and judgment
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks, while maintaining strict deadlines in a high pressure, and time sensitive environment
Superior proficiency with Windows-based computers, and strong technical acumen with the ability to integrate multiple travel and risk management platforms
Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook, SharePoint), Google Chrome, Drive, and Earth/Maps or related programs
Willingness to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
The ability to demonstrate initiative, creative problem-solving and relationship-building skills
Team-orientation, flexibility, with a receptiveness to change
Experience living and working overseas is a plus
Ability to travel globally (limited and minimal)
Compensation: Based on experience.
