The Coastal International Security Company CSM Division is actively seeking candidates for its CST vacancies overseas. This is a Full-Time position, working 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift. Relocation is provided and travel is required consistently. This job reports to the CST Team Leader.
Overview
This is an overseas position. As a Construction Surveillance Technician, you will work abroad at one of our many locations providing construction security monitoring services to ensure the integrity of the site is maintained.
Job Skills/Requirements
Responsible for performing construction security monitoring duties at overseas construction sites to ensure the security and integrity of a construction site, controlled access areas, and material items which are scheduled for use or inclusion in a controlled area. Construction Surveillance Technicians will maintain daily logs; deter unauthorized access of prohibited material; survey workers during designated phases of construction; and inspect, x-ray, and observe all material and persons entering construction site areas. Prolonged standing and walking is expected.
Requirements:
-Must possess Construction Surveillance Technician Certification
-Must be a U.S. Citizen and at least 21 years of age or older
-Must possess an active Interim Top Secret Clearance or higher
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Effectively speak, read and write English
-Must be capable of reading and analyzing designs and blueprints
-Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
-Must be able and willing to work outdoors in inclement conditions
-Must have at least five years of experience in at least one of the following
areas of expertise:
-Construction security surveillance
-Technical Surveillance Countermeasures
-Industrial or government security involving counterintelligence
-Construction quality assurance
-Hands-on supervisory construction experience
Certification Requirements (All)
– Construction Surveillance Technician Certificate
– Government Interim Top Secret Clearance or higher
Education Requirements
High School Diploma
