We are seeking career-minded professionals for an OCONUS contract in the Middle East.
Summary:
Contract proposal for Contract Security Guard (CSG) services to provide security, installation access control, conduct roving patrols, provide surveillance, monitoring and the overall safeguarding of an installation and its tenants. We are seeking trained, certified armed guards to operate the required coverage area.
Security Checks:
Obtain and hold a Secret Security Clearance.
Shift Supervisor Duties:
Implement applicable regulations , carry out operations and procedures necessary to meet the requirements of the guard contract. Shift Supervisors immediately report violations of security procedures to the COR. Shift supervisors shall have access to a vehicle and radio communications. This is a 24/7 position. The Shift Supervisor, when on duty, shall remain on site during his/her entire shift. The Shift Supervisor shall issue and receive weapons and ammunition. Shift Supervisors shall augment the Response Force (RF) as required.
Shift Supervisor Requirements:
Hold an active Secret Security Clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Be at least 21 years of age
Have three (3) years’ of military and or civilian armed security guard supervisory duties, operations, management and training within the past five (5) years
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
Physical Requirements/Working Environment:
The candidate must maintain the necessary physical fitness to ensure accomplishment of assigned missions. This includes guard duties under local types of weather and terrain.
Must pass a Physical Ability Test (PAT), to include - run 1.5 miles in 17:30 minutes, 21 pushups in two minutes and execute 20 proper sit-ups in two minutes.
Must be medically fit and undergo medical testing.
Must be able to pass and undergo random drug testing.

The CSG shall provide the necessary physical security measures required to secure equipment and personnel at the site. On-site security forces constitute an effective means to detect, deter, and delay an adversarial force before it is able to seize, damage or destroy resources.
