Job purpose and key deliverables
Facilitate BCM (Business Continuity Management), BIA (Business Impact Analysis) and SRM (Security Risk Management).
Administer contracts of Security Department, participate in tender selection and in creating contracts where Security’s role is needed, organize Due Diligence of 3rd Parties.
Run risk assessments and immediately respond to any dangerous situation that has occurred; take urgent measures aimed at its elimination.
Audit the security of the regional representative offices of the Company, accommodations and warehouses for the storage of products of the Company with further listing of proposals and recommendations regarding the functioning of mentioned facilities.
Prepare reference and information materials on possible threats to staff and visitors in the region regarding the risks of leakage and loss of critical or confidential information, natural disasters, civil disturbances, personal safety, etc.
Carry out inner probes independently and apply to law enforcement agencies of Ukraine.
Organize detailed IT related investigations with the effective use of hardware and software, the ability to source data for investigative purposes.
Perform an intellectually and procedurally rigorous analysis of technical and communication data using current analytical methods and tools.
Assess risks connected with information security and information protection, render induction programs for new joiners and awareness programs for current staff.
Essential requirements
university degree in law or economics; a degree in IT sphere (information technologies or system analysis) is an added advantage,
min. 5 - year experience of the work in security industry (commercial security and information security, information protection) with a proven record, certifications and letters of recommendation,
being detail- and quality oriented, having inquisitive and analytical mindset; “street-smart” and a “can do – will do” approach is mandatory.
proficiency in Ukraine’s legislation related to personal data protection, commercial confidentiality, human rights protection, due diligence for 3rd parties.
experience in contract administration within commercial security sphere (setting criteria and technical tasks for tender selection or, vice versa, complying with them as a bidder; putting together contract contents; setting KPIs as a purchaser of services or complying with them as a vendor, etc.),
fluent English (both oral and written) is a must.
