The Role
Oxfam International is looking for an outstanding candidate who will be able to strategically lead security management across the Oxfam teams in 70 program offices, 20 affiliates and more than 6 OI Secretariat offices. Supported by a team of Global Security Advisors, Regional Advisors and Security Managers in key countries—the successful candidate will support Senior managers to effectively apply Oxfam security policies and deal with security crises.
The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal skills, extensive working knowledge (between 7-10 years) of security and crisis management in different setting (country, region and global levels). We are looking with a person with at least 5 years experience of leading a team, experience with direct, matrix and remote line management.
Fluency in English is required and competence in French and/or Spanish is desirable.
