Description:
ICITAP requires a Law Enforcement advisor to provide law enforcement support in the Ukraine. In this role you will develop plans and strategy to forge interagency partnerships in international environments. You will provide advice regarding professionalizing foreign national criminal justice and international enforcement. You will be required to assess training needs and requirements for effective implementation. You will also provide policy, operations analysis, recommendations, and reports. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree and 7 years of sworn civilian law enforcement experience
7 - 10 years of international experience.
Preferred experience as a teacher, trainer or advisor on criminal justice agency development programs.
Experience advising foreign officials, executives at federal, state and local levels regarding law enforcement/police issues.
Training/mentoring experience in anti-corruption concerns, problem resolution
Must hold a current and active DOJ issued Public Trust Clearance
Desired Qualifications:
Language skills are a plus
