Job Description
We are currently seeking for an active Security Supervisor who will be responsible in creating and preserving an environment where colleagues, guests and property are safe and protected
As Security Supervisor, you will be maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions
This role involves protecting company’s property and colleagues by maintaining a safe and secure environment alongside with the Security Manager and Chief Security and will include key responsibilities such as:
Conducts routine scheduled patrols through the hotel premises to ensure the security of the property and to be alert for hazards or threats and checks emergency exits to ensure they are well kept and safe for fire escaping purpose
Enforce policies, procedures, rules and regulations as laid down by the hotel in order to achieve the highest level of uniformity and guest service to prevent and containment of situations and incidents that may cause material or reputation damage to the Hotel
Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
Watch alarm systems or CCTV cameras and operate/detecting emergency equipments
Academic Qualifications & Experiences
You should be ideally have previous experience in a similar role preferably a diploma holder or a related certification. Genuine, friendly and proactive individual with a professional and approachable character. You must be a computer literate with effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
