Overview:
The primary function is to ensure that necessary physical security standards are maintained while persons not cleared are visiting secure areas of the office suites.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ensure that visitors to the Principle have been properly processed and issued necessary identification badges and that visitor properly identification badges at all times.
Ensure that visitors credential (badges, forms, etc.) are turned in as visitors leave the area or building.
Remain with visiting officials at all time while maintaining visual contact until the excused by the host office
Ensure that visitors do not enter areas where they are not authorized
Ensure that visitors are not carrying or do not use items that are prohibited in a secure area.
Maintain an acute awareness of possible counter-intelligence or terrorism activities.
Provide Construction Surveillance services when required.
Setup/breakdown Treaty Room for camera sprays, treaty signing, swearing-in, and retirement ceremonies.

Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma required
BS/BA preferred
Construction Surveillance Technician/Cleared American Guard Training (CST)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent communications skills
Must be able to stand for long periods
