Objective: Seeking a local Security Consultant to work as part of the Security Services practice at Mozayix International supporting an international non-governmental organization (NGO). We are dedicated to the success of our clients and looking for great people to join our team!
Employment: 60 day contract with opportunity for follow-on
Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate secure transportation for client personnel within the Lake Chad Basin (LCB) Region
Support other various logistics related tasks within the LCB Region
Provide input for routine reporting on security-related incidents and events within the LCB Region
Gather information related to and support the creation of local security threat and risk assessments
Liaise and establish positive relationships with other local security stakeholders
Provide security-related training for local staff and drivers
Qualifications:
3-5 years of of previous security-related experience coming from the military, law enforcement, or a corporate security position
Prefer candidates with NGO security experience
Must demonstrate working English language proficiency both spoken and in writing
Prefer Arabic language working proficiency
Must reside in the N'Djamena area
Must be willing to travel into Nigeria and Cameroon
Must have strong references. Mozayix will pay a generous daily rate and reimburse job related expenses for the selected candidate.
