Senior Security Technician
Responsible for personnel engaged in the Physical Security function for the organization that includes monitoring the systems associated with the flow of personnel and vehicular traffic, personnel/visitor security clearances, management of loss prevention and detection services, and responsible for security inspections. Under general direction, performs duties by following established procedures. Has a thorough knowledge of security methods and doctrines. Has an in depth understanding of security systems and apparatuses. Supports others in intricate security actions in agreement with customary processes to fulfill the organization's security principles. Skills required for this job are typically acquired by the completion of a high school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of experience.
Additional requirements:
Must be fluent in English
Strong skills in Excel and Power Point
Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 12 months of remaining validity AND with at least 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining
Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity
Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
