Job Summary
URS/AECOM has an opening for a Security Administrator in Kuwait.
Security Administrator Duty and Responsibilities:
•Assist Security Manager with overall security program
•Establish and maintain successful working relationships with government and internal customers
•Review personnel security clearances and periodic reinvestigations using e-Quip, JPAS and ACAVS
•Provide security briefings, debriefings, and awareness training for site personnel
•Secure and maintain all personnel security clearance records
•Maintain document and visitor control records; coordinate visit requests
•Assist Security Manager with self-inspection and review of security processes to ensure compliance
•Enforce standards for a secure environment for the protection of personnel, property and information
•Assist with coordination of closeout for all classified contracts received and issued
•Support other security disciplines as needed: Information, Personnel, Physical and Communications Security
Minimum Requirements
Must have or be able to obtain a Secret level clearance.
Should have in-depth knowledge of NISPOM, JPAS and e-Quip.
Must be able to interpret and implement security policy and guidance and provide oversight and assistance to staff.
Should be able to demonstrate by knowledge and experience the ability to help the Security Manager implement and manage a comprehensive Security Program.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
Must have excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Must have a positive, can-do attitude.
Must be able to juggle competing demands and prioritize work with a sense of urgency in a dynamic environment.
Must be able to work independently and in teams.
