Job Introduction:
This opportunity is for a potential C-IED program in Mali and the successful applicant would need to be able to confirm that he/she would be available in early 2017.
Role Responsibility:
Provision of IEDD/EOD operator support to program in a remote location in Mali. Living conditions will be austere with field camp facilities.
The Ideal Candidate:
Must have a minimum of 8 years experience as an EOD /IEDD operator
Must be EOD/IEDD qualified (from a recognized international training center)
Experience must be within the last 3 years
Must be fluent French speaking, intermediate in English
Previous Africa experience essential
Must have experience in a conflict or post conflict environment
Must be able to provide 2 x up to date references including last employer
Must be medically and physically fit for duty in austere environments
Must be IT competent - MS Office suite
Light vehicle driving license
