The Loss Prevention Specialist is a new role in the EU Loss Prevention & Security team

Responsibilities and Tasks
Physical security
- Conduct Physical Security audits
- Troubleshooting Physical Security systems (LENEL, CAMIQ, VISION, etc.)
- Review and improvement of PS systems
Personnel security
- Train small groups in security topics
- Advisor for personnel security matters
Security management
- Represent Security &Loss Prevention in Leadership meetings
- Participate in selection of new contract security personnel
- Provide advice and guidance to contract security personnel
- Communicate with security service provider
- Communication of security related topics to all relevant stakeholders
- Lead S&LP projects with limited scale or scope
- Participate in large projects
Resilience
- Review and continuously improve S & LP processes
- Identify and communicate S & LP risks in ops processes
- Act as POC in case of critical events
Investigation
- Conduct preliminary analysis and subsequent investigation of losses
- Effectively use resources for data mining, CCTV and other surveillance for purposes of loss analysis and investigations
- Conduct forensic interviews based on analytical results
- Conduct interviews in case of policy violations
- Report investigation results
- Act as POC for law enforcement authorities
Basic Qualifications
Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Works and Office
Experience of SQL and other Data / Inventory tools a distinct advantage
Preferred Qualifications
Degree or Masters in security related field
Experience with warehouse, distribution center, transportation or supply-chain operations is a plus.
Prior experience in security services, Loss Prevention and/or Asset protection, internal audit, risk management, inventory control, quality assurance, or other related field is a highly desirable.
