The Role:
Are you a paramedic seeking an adventurous career? Then this position could be for you! You would serve as an armed team member of a protective security specialist team. You will provide data-driven advanced emergency medical care to team members and principals as required. Due to the nature of these working environments, it is important that you have a background operating in an austere high-risk environment. You will function as the primary medical provider on a PSS team. Ideally, you will have a strong background in military and security operations and the ability to function to the full extent of your abilities in potentially hazardous environments.

For this particular position, RMI is recruiting on behalf of a prime contractor. Although you may be interviewed by the RMI team, final candidate determinations and employment would be with the prime contractor.
Position Qualifications

U.S. Citizen
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must possess a valid U.S. Passport
Fluent command of the English language
Pass a physical readiness test
National Registry of Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT) Paramedic
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
Tactical Combat Casualty Course (TCCC)
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Ability to travel internationally without restriction
Attend and successfully complete the PSS training courses or other required training
3+ years of experience in a high-volume EMS agency or related experience
Qualify with the Glock-19, M4, M203, M240, M249, and Remington 870 shotgun, re-qualifying as required by the task order.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous military experience as part of an elite team
Active secret or top-secret security clearance strongly preferred
