We are looking for a Loss Prevention Analyst
The Loss Prevention Analyst is a key role within the security department. The main responsibility is to minimize and prevent losses and to achieve security goals that contribute to H&Ms overall goal. This is an exciting position; also for deepen the interest in the area of Occupational Health & Safety.
The position reports directly to the Security Manager and is based in Zürich.
Description Duties
The job of an H&M Security Loss Prevention Analyst comes with a wide range of responsibilities and lots of rewards. Your to-do list includes:
• Analyzing, investigating and following up on deviating POS activity with focus on routines, training and frauds
• Monitoring proactively possible business risks and acting on it
• Insuring profitability by reducing the losses caused by shrinkage
• Being involved in elaborating and in the follow up on the KPIs for the Security Department
• Preparing and analyzing store audit reports
• Supporting the auditors in conducting store audits
• Supporting stores in their Loss prevention work
• Supporting the Security Department in the necessary administration duties
Required qualification
• Pro-active, efficient and results oriented
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• A clear, straight forward communication
• Being loyal and respect the confidentiality of case
• The ability to motivate and inspire individuals and teams
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Open minded and flexible to change in a development fast pace environment
• The ability to act according to high ethical standards and to motivate others to behave as such
• Fluent in spoken and written German and English
• Confident in spoken French, written French is an asset
• Super-good Microsoft office environment knowledge– Word, Excel and
