This position is located at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan. Selected candidate will perform as the F-35 Site Security Manager in the Special Access Program environment. Selected candidate will manage multiple functional areas to include, Operational Security, Security Education, Physical Security, Personnel Security, Access Control and Document Control. This includes oversight and participation in site activation, integration and sustainment activities, JSF specific Special Access Program support, and the overall execution and management of all contractual security requirements. Position will be responsible for employee recruitment and training, performance management, work assignments, and recognition/disciplinary actions etc. Ensures projects are completed on time and
within budget. Develops, implements and recommends modifications to operating policies for F35 activities. Applies business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges, and communicates observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners. Deployment and continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of the OJT required at Lockheed Martin’s training locations prior to international assignment. These locations may include but are not limited to: Orlando, FL; Beaufort, SC. Mission requirements may require other than first-shift work. Accompanied Status Available: Accompanied status means new hires may have their dependents accompany them on their long-term overseas assignment. Relocation: Relocation and housing assistance is available for this exciting international assignment.
Basic Qualifications
1. Final transferable Secret Security clearance within 5 yr investigation. 2. Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access(es). 3. Experience providing Security support in SAP environment. 4. Knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manuals, NISPOM and JAFANs 5. Experience leading/managing people, teams and resources. 6. Excellent written and oral communication skills 7. Ability to multi-task. 8. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Desired skills
1. Prior L-Code Manager experience in a Lockheed Martin Security environment 2. Knowledge of F-35 Program Security 3. Experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) or Government Program Security Officer (PSO) 4. Proficiency with NISPOM, JAFANs and DoD 5205.07 SAP Volumes 5.
