Reporting into the General Manager of Security and Surveillance, the Head of Security is responsible for all aspects of the day to day security operation including leading and motivating our high performing Security Operations team and fostering a productive, service orientated culture.
Managing security across our 24/7 property is a complex and strategic operation requiring a strong, experienced and focused leader with advanced skills in law enforcement and security as well as the ability to effectively influence and drive innovative solutions across a broad range of operational issues.
This role is pivotal to the success of our business and commands high levels of integrity and a commercial focus with the Head of Security accountable for operational management and strategic planning within the department. It is expected the successful applicant would deliver consistent exceptional service standards to our patrons and stakeholders across the property whilst championing the Crown brand.
