Senior Corporate & Loss Prevention Security Manager

A global fashion and lifestyle brand is expanding in Asia. They are seeking for a high caliber to join the corporate security team.

Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership to the company in executing corporate security and loss prevention measures that ensure operation excellence and the protection of company assets.
Support implementation of company programs. Drives communication internationally and resolve any conflicts between countries and teams across the company.
Provide guidance on plans and processes incorporating key priorities for safety & security and the Company as a whole.
Develop reports to measure team contributions and present to management. Analyze results and drives improvement plans to protect company assets and staff.
Provide solution to day-to-day operations issues and ensure current system meet needs of users and business requirements. Oversee new system testing and quality.
Monitor program schedule and progress. Ensure expected results deliver on time and within budget.
As a key contact with the IT department on new system development and implementation, and support for global business systems.
Provide guidance to the team in relating to complex investigations.
Establish and maintain vendor relationships and ensure contract compliance to support objective of business.
Requirements:
University graduate preferred.
8-10 years experience in asset protection, loss prevention, access control and law enforcement. Solid experience in project management.
Experience working cross functionally to develop business solutions.
Good knowledge in security hardware and software.
Ability to manage complex programs across a global organization.
Excellent in leadership.
Willing to travel.
Excellent communication in English.
