Our client is a global brand in retail industry. To cope with rapid business expansion, they have a new headcount in the security department to oversee safety and security programs across Asia Pacific.
Responsibilities:
- Supports all department in local market and internationally in driving strategies to ensure a secure environment and prevent loss to the Company.
- Develops and implement complex safety and security programs that would enhance customer service, improve operations and cost efficiency. Provide guidance on plans and processes incorporating key priorities for safety & security and the Company as a whole.
- Leads project teams to develop and execute new security programs and manage projects in accordance with the company's established management methodologies.
- Establishes KPI and measures success of programs to improve project.
- Consults with senior management on risk management, loss prevention, incident response and the implications of business change considerations on partner or customer safety and security.
- Monitor program schedule and progress. Ensure expected results deliver on time and within budget.
- As a key contact with the IT department on new system development and implementation, and support for global business systems.
- Ensure partners adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- University graduate preferred.
- 8-10 years experience in asset protection, loss prevention, access control and law enforcement. Preferably with project management experience relevant to safety and security programs, facilities management.
- Experience working cross functionally to develop business solutions.
- Good knowledge in security hardware and software.
- Ability to manage complex programs across a global organization.
- Excellent in leadership.
- Willing to travel.
- Close native or native in English.
