Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in same role (5 Star Hotel).
- Bachelor's Degree and/or Hotel management or Diploma, Security Professional certificate is an asset.
- Knowledge of alarm and fire systems, security and health and safety procedures and practices etc.
- Exceptional communication English & Arabic (verbal and written), interpersonal, teamwork, observation and problem solving skills
- Proven guest service skills
- Must be alert, accountable, reliable and flexible
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and cohesively within a team in a fast paced multi-cultural environment
- Demonstrates self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
- have attention to details
- Knowledge of CCTV, fire safety and access control a definite benefit
- In-depth knowledge of security related systems, practices, legislation, and latest technologies
