Safety and Security Manager

Summary of the purpose:
Ensure the Company complies with relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice or technical guidance in all matters relating to security. Adapt and implement safety and quality systems and procedures in the Company aimed to develop a culture of safe behavior of a staff. Monitor and improve indicators of the internal safety program and of labor legislation rules. Responsible to provide direction and leadership in security and safety areas, for the day to day
business as long term project for company activities.

Accountabilities:

• Responsible for planning, developing and implementing safety and security plans, programs such as Emergency Response and Crisis Management, Information Protection, Incident Management and/or Investigation
• Responsible for providing leadership, advice and counsel on safety and security policies and practices
• Internal investigation of significant threats and/or the loss or misappropriation of assets and report infringements to the top management of the Company
• Performs incident analysis and investigation relative to all incidents both security and safety areas with advice and action plan of improvement to all responsible functional management
• Cooperation with law enforcements, governmental structures (Federal Security Service, Local Police, Ministry of Emergency, Traffic Police)
• Recommend technical innovative solutions to ensure most effective execution of safety and security procedures
• Responsible for organizing security control of the Company subcontractors, new customers, general services purchasing
• Meet customer expectations for Security and Safety of the Company
• Manage safety and security teams and define functional KPIs, build functional community cross all regional sites
• Launch and roll out Corporate Health & Safety program in Russia
• Safety and Security budget responsibility

• Reporting directly to the Managing Director
• All members of the Direction Committee
• Operational team
• H&S Manager Russia and regional security team
• Customers Solutions Team
• Management within existing and potential customer businesses
• Current scope is 8 sites and Central Office with extension up to 20 sites in Russia, business trips are assumed

Essential:

• English spoken
• Working experience in International Companies, on managerial positions
• Committed and invested in the role
• Relevant experience in managerial capacity
• Organized and systematic approach to problem solving
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Role based in Moscow
